Professional Mold Remediation Process
The first step in Compleat’s remediation process is to identify the source of moisture and dry the area. The environment inside your facility should not exceed 60 percent relative humidity. Then, professionals will create an area of containment to isolate the work area. This will protect the contents inside your facility, as well as employees and occupants. Remediation itself includes HEPA vacuum and physical removal of all materials affected by the mold contamination. Even if the mold is dead, allergens and toxins are still present. If necessary, antimicrobial agents may be applied to the affected structure. Compleat can restore contents affected by microbial growth. If structural repairs are needed, we will communicate them with our project managers and construction coordinators.

What to Expect During Remediation

During mold remediation in your facility, you can expect to have IICRC certified professionals working with you throughout the entire remediation process. Compleat Environmental Services will also take air samples and send them to an independent, third-party laboratory to be evaluated within a few days.
