Large-Scale Damage
There are no water damage conditions too large or too complicated for Compleat Restorations. Our YD drying trailer functions as a large mobile furnace that directs hot air into an affected building while pulling moist air out. None of our competitors utilize a system quite like it. The uses for large drying equipment are affected buildings with no power or heat and ineffective commercial dehumidifiers due to the building size.
Experience
Since 1978, Compleat Restorations has served businesses in emergencies caused by water, fire, storm, sewage, and vandalism. We are proud of our exceptional skills in restoring structures and contents to its prior condition. Our adherence to the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) drives us to tackle complex water damage restorations to completion. Backed by a warranty and recognized both regionally and nationally, 96% of our customers give us exceptional reviews.

How We Repair Water Damage

Restoring your building involves a variety of determination based upon the type of loss and materials affected. Our project managers and construction coordinators map out a plan to return your property to its pre-loss condition. Your insurance policy can be complicated and will influence how repairs are completed. So, we assign one point of contact with our company to simplify coordination between all parties. We work with you to determine the scope of work, material selection, scheduling, and satisfaction.

How it Works

  • Emergency Response Our 24-hour emergency crews respond on-site at your business within two hours.
  • Property Stabilization The Compleat Restoration team secures building structures to prevent further damage.
  • Inspection Our technicians look for moisture metering and determine the extent of water damage using an infrared camera. Visible water damage is only part of the evaluation. The inspection accurately reveals moisture in flooring (carpet, tile, hardwood), ceiling, and walls (drywall, plaster, concrete).
  • Restore Building Contents If water has damaged the contents of your building, we help determine what can be restored and what to submit for an insurance replacement claim. Unaffected contents, such as furniture, will be moved or placed on blocks to protect it from water damage. We inventory, barcode, pack, and transport items to be restored at our facility while your building structure is stabilized and dried.
  • Water Extraction Water extraction is initiated by the emergency crew to halt water damage and begin the restoration process. We use extraction systems for both standing water and hidden water within the floors. Dehumidifiers and air movers placed strategically throughout the property extract moisture from the air.
  • Mold Prevention Quickly removing moisture is key to minimizing the occurrence of mold. We discourage microbial growth by creating a balanced drying system to reduce moisture, increase airflow, and maintain an optimal temperature. Depending on the circumstances, we may apply antimicrobial agents to the affected structure to prevent mold.
  • Monitor Progress Drying equipment remains in place until the structure is in compliance with the Standard of Care determined by the IICRC. Our equipment is monitored daily by a technician who documents the water restoration progress including relative humidity and structural moisture level readings to determine when the environment is restored. Adjustments to equipment settings and placement ensure drying occurs efficiently.
