Compleat Restorations dried these apartments in Washington, DC. during a particularly hot, humid weather pattern. No electricity was available. After another restoration company removed their drying equipment, we found  walls wet with 24%-100% moisture content. In two days using Water Out, the apartments were dry with moisture content of the dry wall at 8%-11%, well within industry standards. Again Water Out out-performed traditional drying methods and helped avoid possible secondary mold damage.
