Compleat Restorations detects the cause and solves the problem. Using technologies such as infrared cameras, we were able to determine exactly where the moisture was in this high rise office building -- even behind the walls. With this technology we were able to dry effectively in 5 days, even in elevator shafts with layers of wet drywall--as many as four layers deep!  We saved building elements that would have had to be replaced using traditional drying methods.

SAVINGS:
The quicker a building is dried after water damage, the better! We use a patented drying technology which dries large buildings faster anywhere, anytime regardless of weather conditions or building components. To you, this means less construction resulting in reduced replacement costs. It also means less reconstruction, so less downtime for businesses.

Water used to combat a bad fire drenched this large multi-unit structure. The water stood untouched for two winter months. Compleat Restorations was called in and even in these adverse conditions the building was dried. We soaked up the water like a giant sponge. Plaster and other elements were dried saving exorbitant replacement costs.

We will quickly dry your property after leaks, burst pipes, frozen pipes, flooded basements, A/C leaks, overflows, water heater leaks, sprinkler malfunctions, sewer backup, or water from a fire event.

MOLD PREVENTION:
We use a unique drying process that prevents mold! This drying concept creates an environment which does not support microbial growth.
Mold spores in the air are removed with a constant circulation so the risk of mold is greatly reduced.

This crawl space was thoroughly saturated. We completely dried the tight enclosed space in just two days preventing a costly mold remediation project.

DOCUMENTATION:
We provide complete documentation of the drying process. The data logger is a self-contained, precision instrument that monitors and records the temperature, humidity, and dew point throughout the job. The data logger graph provides with documentation that the building is dry.

SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE:
In independent studies, the technology we use performed better than every other drying method! Under normal conditions, one trailer removes over 100 pounds of water per hour! Compare that to traditional drying equipment such as low-grain refrigerants which remove 30 gallons per day. And, this uses a fraction of the electricity required for either refrigerants or dessicant dehumidifiers.

These units also work effectively in adverse weather conditions and can be plugged into ordinary household current. It can also operate with generators if no electricity is available.

Now you know why you should call us for drying. Find out how this amazing technology works!

HOW IT WORKS:

Rather than being a "closed system" of drying which recycles the existing air in a building, this technology is an "open drying system". It takes fresh outside air and conditions it, reducing the relative humidity to 2% RH (relative humidity) -- that's drier than a desert! The air is heated at the same time and then circulated through the flooded building, collecting moisture and odors along the way. Then it is exhausted into the outside. A closed drying system uses the same indoor air over and over allowing unpleasant odors and mold spores to build up, whereas this method continually circulates fresh air throughout the structure.

Faster drying. Less downtime. Odor removal. Mold prevention. Less repairs. More savings. We are the obvious choice for drying large structures.

Compleat Restorations is the only technology provider in South Central PA. But we aren't limited geographically. Our Cat Loss Team travels all over the Eastern U.S. to dry large buildings after catastrophic losses.

Compleat Restorations dried these apartments in Washington, DC. during a particularly hot, humid weather pattern. No electricity was available. After another restoration company removed their drying equipment, we found  walls wet with 24%-100% moisture content. In two days using this technology, the apartments were dry with moisture content of the dry wall at 8%-11%, well within industry standards. Again this out-performed traditional drying methods and helped avoid possible secondary mold damage.
